Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were extra spacious and immaculate, providing a comfortable stay, but getting to the room required navigating through multiple floors and long hallways. The service was polite and professional, though check-in and check-out experiences were not very welcoming. The location was conveniently close to skiing amenities and Main Street attractions, offering great accessibility but some signs of aging on the exterior. The dining experience was enjoyable but lacked advertised pool facilities. Overall, a mixed but reasonable stay with a couple of minor inconveniences.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage space, but unfortunately, they overlooked maintenance equipment and the roof, and there was disruptive loud music in the halls. The staff knew about mechanical issues before assigning the room.
The hotel has a fantastic location, near the Quicksilver chair lift and just a short walk from Peak 9 base. Although the rooms had some mechanical issues, they were dark, outdated, and musty with loud air conditioners. The service was a bit of a mess, but the staff tried to assist, especially with ski and winter activities. The dining experience was nice, and the buffet breakfast was a good value when booked in advance. The facilities were adequate, but could use some updates.
